Big Apple completed a full high-end renovation of an outdated apartment on West 24th Street, transforming it into a sleek, modern luxury residence. The project began with a complete demolition of the existing space.
The renovation included brand-new flooring, modern crown molding with hidden LED lighting, and the full integration of smart-home features—touch-sensitive switches, automated lighting, and seamless control systems. In the bathroom, we installed large-format porcelain slabs and high-end fixtures for a contemporary spa-like feel.
A standout feature was the fully customized walk-in closet, designed with built-in LED lighting and smart storage solutions. We also installed two new AC units and completed all electrical and plumbing system upgrades.
